Delete your GymSensei account

GymSensei, by the GymSensei team

In the app (fastest)

1. Open GymSensei and go to Profile.
2. Tap Account, then Delete my account, and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm, so your Sign in with Apple link is removed too.

Without the app

Email support@gymsensei.app with the subject Delete my account, from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

Guests have no account with us, so there's nothing to delete on our side: uninstalling the app removes everything.

What gets deleted

• Your account, display name and email.
• Your backup: the copy of your workouts, meals, weight, measurements, plans and settings.
• Crews you started, with everyone's photos in them, and your membership of other crews.
• Your weekly crew numbers, the photos you posted, and your reports and blocks.

Everything is deleted straight away, and from our backups within 30 days. We keep nothing afterwards.

What stays on your phone

Deleting your account removes the backup but not the data on your phone. To erase that too, go to Profile, then Delete everything, or uninstall the app.
